Description:

This session will provide plenty of opportunity for group discussion of the philosophical issues which arise from the notions of reliability and validity. During the session we will look at different concepts and definitions of validity, types of validity, the concepts of reliability, estimating reliability (methods based on Classical Test Theory) and the factors affecting reliabiliy.

Fee: Free to University of Cambridge staff and students, £30 for other participants
