The Enigma On-Line Science Simulations..... Now on AssessNet!
Looking for science simulations? They have moved to AssessNet.
How do I access them?
These resources are still available but are now hosted on AssessNet (http://www.assessnet.org.uk). AssessNet is the Cambridge Assessment Network's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). It plays a key part in providing professional development activities for professionals involved in educational assessment.
The science simulations continue to be provided free-of-charge but you will be required to create a user account in order to access them. Creating a new account is easy and similar to many popular online services.
Demonstration or lab work?
Whilst many teachers use the simulations for classroom demonstrations, others like their students to engage with them in hands-on exercises and lab work. If you want to give your students access to the simulations, then simply create a single account which they can all share, avoiding the need for them having to go through the sign-up process individually. To create an account follow the instructions below.
