In order for Users to use some of our online services and to gain the full benefits of such services and for Cambridge Assessment to respond to queries and requests submitted online we need to collect and process various personal data. Cambridge Assessment is the brand name of the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES). UCLES is a department of the University of Cambridge (formally known as The Chancellor, Masters and Scholars of the University of Cambridge) and it incorporates three examination boards (Cambridge Assessment English; Cambridge Assessment International Education; Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations). When submitting personal data to Cambridge Assessment you agree that we may disclose such data to the University of Cambridge and to the examination boards, and that the University of Cambridge and the examination boards may store this information and may contact you to inform you of other information, products or services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such information you may contact us at any time at the address below. We may pass your data to third parties who are processing data on our behalf but, otherwise, we will not disclose your personal data to any other person or organisation unless we are legally required to do so.
