Staff at the Cambridge Assessment Triangle Building opening ceremony

We are committed to ethical practices in all that we do. Our people are our most important asset and we aim to be an organisation where our people feel they belong. We have introduced a comprehensive programme of unconscious bias training, equipping our organisation with the ability to understand and break biases we all hold. We have a robust approach to anti-modern slavery that runs through everything we do, from what and where we purchase to who we supply. Physical and digital accessibility is key in all our outputs from website contents to taking any of our exams. We are working with schools to ensure our principles of equality, diversity and inclusion apply just as much to our learners as they do our colleagues.
