Cambridge Assessment is delighted to announce its partnership with Inspiring Governance, a charity which connects skilled volunteers interested in serving as school governors and trustees with schools in England.
Cambridge Assessment is the first exams group in the country to sign Inspiring Governance's School Governor Champion Charter and pledge its support to champion the role of school governor and support staff members to become governors in local schools.
School Governor Champions are organisations that actively encourage and support their staff to become school governors because they see the huge benefits this brings to their community, to local schools and to their employees.

We believe in the importance of the School Governor role in developing and maintaining resilient schools in our local communities and, as an organisation, we want to support staff and colleagues to grow and excel by becoming governors themselves.”
