FAQs

What if I have booked a workshop series and I can’t attend one of the sessions?

The workshop series have been designed to be taken consecutively and each session builds on the learning from the last, with lots of interactive elements. Therefore to get the most out of the them, it is important to attend the live sessions. However, in the event that you are unable to attend one of the sessions, a recording will be made available. To receive a certificate, you can only miss one session out of a workshop series.

Are the assessment practitioner workshops CPD accredited?

Courses that are CPD accredited are clearly marked with the number of CPD hours available, and a full list can be found on the CPD Standards website. As some of the workshops are new additions to our offering, they have not yet been accredited by the CPD Standards Office. However, as an assured provider of training excellence, all workshops meet the same high standards of all our training.

How can I access the resources during and after the series?

The online learning site contains a summary of what you will learn, the resources you will need for the live session and a link to a BigBlueButton session, where the live session will be hosted. To join the live session you will need to follow the 'Live session' link for the relevant date. The session will be recorded and made available afterwards, along with a PDF copy of the slides and extra learning resources if relevant.

What kind of certification is available upon completion of the courses?

You will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance from Cambridge University Press & Assessment which includes the University of Cambridge Board of Executive and Professional Education logo, and the CPD logo where applicable. To receive a certificate, you can only miss one session out of a workshop series.

I want to sign up a group of colleagues. How can I do this?
