Kate Bailey

Kate Bailey is Director of Policy at the Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring (CEM), part of the Cambridge family. She has many years of experience working with schools and governments in the UK and around the world, helping them to use evidence for pupil and school improvement.

Lydia Cuddy-Gibbs

Lydia Cuddy-Gibbs is the Head of Early Years at Ark. She supports teachers and principals in schools to develop and improve their early years settings as well as working on strategy for the future.
