Terms and Conditions for prize draw

Cambridge Assessment Network prize draw

  1. The prize draw is open to attendees of ATP Global conference 2020, excluding employees of Cambridge Assessment.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. All those submitting an entry to the prize draw via Survey Monkey by 17:00 (UK time) on Friday 18 September 2020 will be entered into the prize draw, as long as they provided an email address and indicated that they would like to be entered for the prize draw.
  4. All those submitting a completed quiz via Survey Monkey by 17:00 (UK time) on Friday 18 September 2020 will be entered into the prize draw, as long as they provided an email address and indicated that they would like to be entered for the prize draw.
  5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  6. The email addresses supplied will not be used for any purpose other than the prize draw, unless otherwise indicated on the entry submission.
  7. All entries must be received by 17:00 (UK time) on Friday 18 September 2020 to be eligible.
  8. The winner of the prize draw will be drawn at random from all those received by 17:00 (UK time) on Friday 18 September 2020. The entry will be drawn by an independent person and will take place on Wednesday 23 September and announced on our LinkedIn page. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The winner of the quiz will be the person with the most correct answers from all those received by 17:00 (UK time) on Friday 18 September 2020. In the event of a tie, a winner will be chosen on the basis of their answer to the tie break question. The winner will be announced on Wednesday 23 September on our LinkedIn page. The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The winner will then be contacted before Friday 25 September 2020
  11. The prize is one (1) place on the winner's chosen assessment training webinar offered by Cambridge Assessment Network.
  12. The winner may be required to participate in future publicity for Cambridge Assessment.
  13. Cambridge Assessment reserves the right to select an alternative winner should the drawn entry prove invalid for any reason or should the winner not respond to contact by Friday 2 October 2020.
  14. The prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
  15. The winners' names will be available on Cambridge Assessment Network's LinkedIn page.
  16. Cambridge Assessment reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to the entrants, the winner or any third party.
  17. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  18. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by entering the prize draw.
